Engile allows you to create tasks. Task is a simple description of how to do some bit of work towards completing an User Story.Tasks are all the things that need to be done or built to get an User Story into a deliverable state.
Prioritize
Engile allows you to priortize entities like user stories and issues. The priority view allows you to change the priority by dragging and dropping cards.
Plan
Engile helps you plan projects effectively by using the planner component where you can create,plan and schedule milestones and iterations. User stories and issues can be planned and scheduled inside an iteration by dragging and dropping cards.The Engile planner is an effective way of tracking progress and changes.
Update Feed
One can view the updates for all the entities inside the update feed. One can also filter the feed by using the filter options like followed by me , date etc.
Issues
Engile allows you to create issues. Issues that are noticed while testing the application can be entered into the Engile system. These issues can also be linked with user stories 
Reports
Engile provides predefined as well as customized reports.Predefined Reports are available for the Project, Release and Iteration entities. Customized reports can be designed using the self reporting feature. These reports can be saved and executed.
Browse Story
The Engile Browse story feature can be used to view all the tasks of a story and all the issues linked to that story.Patchsets attached to the story as well as the patchset attached to the linked issues can be viewed.One can review these patchsets and also use the view diff feature to see the differences in code.
Eclipse Plugin

Search
Engile provides global search where one can search for any entity by providing a search text. Results are displayed in a grid with paging options.
Spike
Engile provides the option for spiking an entity. Spiking an entity marks the entity as an important entity and indicates that the entity needs attention.
Follow
Engile allows one to follow an entity i.e. keep track of all the activities related to the entity. One can then keep track of the entity using the followed by me filter option in the entity feed.
Notifications
Whenever any operations are performed on an entity or a group of entities, Engile displays appropriate notification to indicate either the success or failure of the operation.
